Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Astro Trading platform available at astrotrading.app (“Service”), operated by Sheran Investments UG (haftungsbeschränkt), München, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To access the full functionality of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@astrotrading.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Astro Trading provides analytical tools that combine astronomical data with financial market data for research and educational purposes. The Service includes trade signal calendars, strategy analytics, cycle analysis, and related features.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).

You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is successfully processed.

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be notified before any charge is made.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@astrotrading.app.

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., email) to support@astrotrading.app.

If you have explicitly consented to the Service being provided before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance, the right of withdrawal may expire early in accordance with §356(5) BGB.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials or allow third-party access to your account
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content, data, or analyses provided by the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, and design) are and remain the exclusive property of Sheran Investments UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the Service. It does not transfer any ownership rights.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Statutory warranty rights of consumers under German law remain unaffected.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence apply where they provide a higher level of protection. The place of jurisdiction for business customers is München, Germany. For consumers, the statutory provisions regarding jurisdiction apply.
